About Guzgo Solutions
Construction, repairs, maintenance and janitorial support begin with the same essentials: listen carefully, define the work and treat the property with respect.
Our story
Guzgo Solutions is built around a straightforward idea: property owners and managers should have a clear place to start, whether the need is one repair, a planned renovation, recurring maintenance or commercial cleaning.
We review each inquiry on its own facts. The goal is to understand the space, define an appropriate scope and communicate a practical next step without making assumptions about acceptance, schedule or price.

Why Guzgo
These principles shape how an inquiry is reviewed and how approved work is approached.
We begin by understanding the property, priorities, site conditions and the work you want reviewed.
Questions, decisions and next steps are organized around the approved work.
Access, occupied spaces, cleanup and applicable requirements are considered from the start.
Recommendations focus on function, finish and a realistic path forward.
Staffing & supervision
Most of what makes a property project comfortable is decided before anyone picks up a tool: who is employed, what they actually do all week, and whether somebody is accountable while the work is live.
W-2 crews. Full-time trades. Constant oversight.
Geofenced check-ins place every employee at the assigned jobsite, and the project manager keeps active sites in review as work progresses.
Our team. Our work. Our reputation.
We do not hand your property to an unfamiliar crew. The people who start the job are the people we employ, train and supervise.
All Guzgo employees are W-2 staff — no rotating crew of unknown day laborers. Onboarding, paperwork and accountability stay with us.
We employ full-time tradesmen across the different trades we offer, so the person doing the work does that trade every week.
A dedicated project manager keeps reviewing active jobsites while work is underway — progress, site conditions, access and coordination.
Every employee is geofenced to the jobsite they are assigned, so site presence is verified at the actual property, not just reported.
Our process
The exact path may vary by project, but communication and an approved scope stay central.
Share the address, priorities, photos and any timing considerations.
We clarify the requested scope and whether a site assessment is needed.
The written proposal identifies the work, inclusions, exclusions and next steps.
After approval, access, materials and scheduling are coordinated.
Approved work moves forward with updates and a final review.

FAQ
Every property and scope is different. A written proposal is the reference point for accepted work, materials, exclusions and timing.
