Understand what website content, sample imagery, calculator ranges and form submissions do—and do not—represent.
Website content describes possible categories of work and general planning considerations. It is not professional advice, a license representation, a proposal, contract, schedule, price or guarantee that a request will be accepted.
Calculator ranges are preliminary planning figures based on the selections entered. Actual scope, site conditions, material choices, labor requirements, permits and availability can change pricing. Only a written proposal can define offered work and price.
Submitting a form creates an inquiry and reference number only. It does not create a customer relationship, reserve time or authorize work. Keep access instructions and tenant information limited to what is needed for review.

Any accepted work is governed by a separate written agreement identifying the scope, exclusions, price or rate, payment terms and other applicable conditions. Required licensing, permits and qualified trade participation depend on the approved scope.
Do not misuse forms, upload unlawful or harmful material, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the website. You must have permission to submit any property, tenant, applicant or trade-partner information you provide.
